We would like to be able to provide you with new ideas, so that, in a simple, practical and extremely economical way, we can transform, in a few days, a common vinegar into a vinegar flavored to our liking and turn it into a delicious dressing for our salads.

For this, we must have very few elements:


A bottle with a wide mouth, but that its lids do not contain any metal.
Fresh and well washed herbs, letting them dry well before using.
The leaves that we are going to use must be well selected, healthy and fresh and preferably removed before the flowering of the plant.

MINT VINEGAR

Boil a liter of white vinegar with 1 teaspoon of white peppercorns and 1 cup of mint leaves, for two minutes. Remove, cool well and place in a jar, close well and leave it like that for a month before using it.

ROMERO VINEGAR

Use a liter of white vinegar and add a cup of rosemary leaves, let it marinate for a month before using it.

V INAGRE COMBINED WITH SEVERAL HERBS

Always with the base of a liter of white vinegar, add a cup of different herbs, basil, dill, sage, thyme, chives or those that we like the most, let it marinate for a month and then use it.

GARLIC VINEGAR

A liter of white or apple vinegar, add the peeled and chopped cloves of a head of garlic.
Let marinate for 3 weeks and then use.
