An easy and rich recipe to entertain diners and yourself. The secret that everyone likes it is: some very fresh and good quality shiitake mushrooms, not for nothing are the main and almost the only ingredient in the recipe, so you have to take great care in choosing them.
Ingredients for 4 people
Fresh shiitake mushrooms 500 g
Butter 50 g
Garlic cloves 2
Fresh parsley to taste
Brown sugar 75 g
Soy sauce 50 ml
Water 125 ml
The dish has a preparation that will take you around 10 minutes and a cooking time calculated in 18 minutes.
-Firstly, we melt the butter in a saucepan. And then we add the very minced garlic cloves as well as the parsley and cook for three minutes.
-Then we clean the mushrooms with a brush and chop them into two or three pieces depending on the size. We add them to the casserole and sauté them for five minutes over medium heat.
-In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, the soy sauce and the water.
-Once the ingredients are mixed, we pour it over the mushrooms and cook everything together for 10 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the sauce has caramelized.
-We serve very hot and enjoy this delight
