Carrot bundt. Healthy and delicious recipe

This is an excellent recipe to have as an option at breakfast or snack time, especially on these cool days. So then we are going to fire up the oven and enjoy a good bundt of carrots.

This recipe will take you an hour and a half to be ready and its ingredients are designed for 4 servings.

Ingredients:

400 g carrot
350 ml mild olive oil
200 g brown sugar
6 medium eggs
4 teaspoons baking powder
4 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons cloves
500 g wheat flour
200 g walnuts

Preparation:

-Firstly you have to preheat the oven to 180ÂșC.
-In a large bowl pour the oil, the eggs and the sugar and beat them until you have a homogeneous and smooth dough.
-Then add the sifted flour together with the yeast and spices. Mix everything well again with the rod.

Meanwhile boil the carrots, drain and grate them.
- Chop the walnuts. Add them to the bowl and mix
-Paint the mold to grease it so that the oil mass does not stick with the help of a brush. When ready, pour the dough into the mold and spread it all the way around.
-Put it in the oven and cook for approximately 40 minutes. To check if it is ready, a knife is put inside, if it comes out clean it is already done.
-Remove it from the oven and put it on a rack for 20 minutes. After the time has elapsed, remove it from the mold and place it on the rack with the smooth side down so that it finishes cooling well.
