Ingredients (4 servings):
1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup lentils
1 small tomato
1 carrot girl
1/4 of white cabbage
Flax and chia seeds
Condiments for the dressing:
We cook the rice, the lentil and an egg. Let cool and place the rice and lentils in a container.
We add the cut tomato.
Then we add the grated carrot, the very small chopped cabbage and add the chopped egg.
Finally we add the flax and chia seeds.
Season with oil and salt and enjoy a hearty and rich salad.
Optional: You can add some mushrooms (mushrooms) cut into thin slices, raw or sautéed for a few minutes in oil, until they begin to brown.
