USAF Thunderbirds F-84F Thunderstreak

After nearly two years using the Republic F-84G Thunderjet, the USAF Thunderbirds flight demonstration team's second mount was the Republic F-84F Thunderstreak. The Thunderstreak was used by the team for less than one full year, specifically after their demonstration on 7 Feb. 1955 using the F-84G, they used the F-84F for the rest of 1955. The team began using the North American F-100 Super Sabre in 1956.

Capt. Burt Spaulding, Left Wing
Capt. Edward Palmgren, Slot
