Each plant and each stage of the plant always requires nutrients to be able to develop normally, it needs to feed, depending on the plant or the stage, more than one or the other, not in all the stages of the plant we find the same needs, not all plants have the same nutritional requirements, what we do know is that they all need the three basic nutrients N, P, K (nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium) apart from other nutrients, more secondary but equally necessary.
In this small guide, I show you what would be a small part and basic guide to understand us with most of the symptoms in terms of nutrient deficiencies that we can find, not all of them, because it is impossible, but a large part.
Let's take a closer look at how we can provide you with these nutrients based on your deficiency:
- Lack of Calcium: To add calcium, we can use egg shells.
- Lack of Nitrogen: One way is with Chicken Manure slurry and the other by adding Worm Humus in the pot / garden or watering with liquid worm humus.
- Lack of Iron, Magnesium, phosphorus, Sulfur: Adding Worm Humus in the pot / garden or watering with liquid worm humus, also with Nettle Purin
- Lack of Potassium: We can apply irrigations with the banana tea, we can also irrigate with a Russian comfrey slurry!
Even so, almost all the necessary nutrients are provided by worm humus, which we already know is a great fertilizer, and we can also strengthen plants and improve the structure of the soil with Compost Tea.
One last and very important recommendation, it is just as bad about nurturing a plant, as if it lacked nutrients, so let's not abuse fertilizers.
