Fully edible plants grow in forests, gardens and on the roadsides that have nothing to envy to lettuce, tomatoes or any other vegetable that we are used to bringing to our plate. Some call them weeds, but this depends on the point of view from which you look at it.
In this report by Miquel Figueroa, the farmer Josep Pàmies will show us a series of edible plants that grow around the lands he works. These varieties are typical of a specific place and time, so, if we wish, each one must go out in search of the species that grow where we live.
As Josep says, this knowledge can help us in times of crisis, since it is a gift of nature that does not cost us a penny.
